Refund & Make-up

1) Missed Classes (Student Absence)

Missed classes cannot be carried forward to the next month for any reason.

There are no cash refunds offered to students who are absent for whatever reason.

2) Compensatory / Make-up Classes

Compensatory classes are generally not provided for classes missed for any reason (holidays, short term sickness, school programs etc.).

At management discretion, compensatory classes may be considered only for unforeseen medical illness, with a valid medical certificate.

If approved, compensatory classes must be taken as per admin availability before the end of the following month in which the class was missed.

Compensatory classes will not be carried forward beyond this period for any reason.

Compensatory classes are NOT provided for classes not conducted due to public holidays applicable to the private sector.

Compensation classes will only be offered when classes have had to be cancelled by Prime Star Sports Services.

Transport will not be provided to attend compensatory classes.

3) Swap Slot (Rescheduling)

Slot swap must be requested minimum one day prior.

Swap is permitted within the same month only and subject to slot availability.

Missed class compensation cannot be given; no carry forward to next month.

If Prime Star cancels the class, it will be compensated or refunded.

4) Withdrawal / Refund on Withdrawal

Students who withdraw for any reason will not be entitled to a full refund.

If more than 2 sessions are attended in a month:

- Fees comprise 30% administration/business costs and 70% tuition fee.

- Only the tuition fee is refundable on a pro-rata basis for the remaining lessons in the term.

All refunds are at the discretion of Prime Star Sports Services.
