Code of Conduct

Building a respectful and positive training environment.

1) Respect & Behaviour

  • Students must respect co-students and all staff members.
  • Unacceptable conduct causing hardship to other students, staff, or the institute will be addressed with the student first.
  • If the unacceptable conduct continues, the matter will be escalated to parents for necessary action, which may include cancellation of registration from Prime Star Sports Services.

2) Class Area Rules (Parents & Visitors)

  • Parents and/or any other person are NOT permitted to enter the class area when the class is in progress.
  • Parents are NOT allowed to communicate with coaches during class hours.
  • Parents should not call coaches/teachers on their cell phones for discussions during class time.
  • Meeting requests should be routed through reception to schedule a mutually convenient time.

3) Facility & Property Care

  • All property belonging to Prime Star Sports Services and others must be handled with care.
  • Any repair/replacement costs due to deliberate damage and/or negligence will be charged to the student.
  • The institute is not responsible for safekeeping of students’ personal belongings.

4) Academy Rights

  • Prime Star Sports Services reserves the right to exclude any person from lessons for breach of conditions, being unfit for the activity, posing danger to self/others, or abusive/disruptive behaviour.
  • Only students registered for the course are permitted on the play area.

5) Do’s & Don’ts

  • Swimming students must shower before entering the pool.
  • Swimming students must wear appropriate swimwear, goggles, and swim cap.
  • Known illnesses/allergies must be declared on the enrolment form.
  • Wear anti-slip shoes/slippers on the poolside.
  • No running, jumping, or food on the poolside.
  • No jewellery or watches during lessons.
  • Badminton & Basketball students should wear appropriate sports dress and non-marking shoes.
